Return Policy
We offer a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your bracelet to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unworn, unused, with all original tags and packaging.

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your bracelet is defective, damaged, or the wrong item was sent, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
Non-returnable Items
We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Customized or personalized bracelets also cannot be returned unless defective.
Exchanges
If you'd like a different item, the fastest way is to return the original item and, once approved, make a new purchase for the desired item.
EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling Off Period
For orders shipped to the European Union, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
